What is a lab-grown diamond?
A lab-grown diamond is pure crystallized carbon, exactly like a mined one, right down to the atom. It's not a "diamond alternative" like cubic zirconia or moissanite (those are totally different materials). Put a lab-grown and a mined diamond side by side and nobody can tell them apart. Not you, not your jeweler, not your very observant aunt. Only specialized lab equipment can spot how a stone was formed.
